To ensure this, the company has formulated an intellectual property management system aligned with its operational strategies, emphasizing patent quality and value.
In response to operational strategies and entry into new business ventures, the company has developed an intellectual property management system to mitigate patent litigation risks that may arise when products reach significant economic scale. By analyzing patent and technical information, the company formulates optimal strategies to reduce operational risks.

Intellectual Property Management Implementation Status

• As of December 2024, BenQ Medical holds over 14 valid patents, including 9 in Taiwan and 5 in the People's Republic of China.
• The implementation status for 2024 was reported to the Board of Directors on October 30, 2024.
